Lifting Beams

Lifting Beams

Lifting beams are long beams with a single attachment point at the centre on the top side which is connected to a crane or any lifting machine. The rigid and heavy-duty design of a lifting beam is ideal for loads that are too weak or flexible to be lifted without support to long or thin sheets of metal or steel plates. Being low in height they are ideal for indoor lifts or places where the overhead room is a concern.

Lifting beams provide multiple lifting points underneath and can be designed with variable or fixed lifting lugs. This type of adjustability means that lifting beams can be used in many applications and for different types of loads.

This adjustable design allows lifting beams to:-
- Handle out-of-balance loads.
- Control inward crushing forces.
- Utilise special load securement attachments.

Lifting beams are available in various capacities and configurations. They can be customised to your specific lift requirements. Different lengths, pick points and adjustable top lifting options.
